Reception and registration
Access in the Library is:
Free (no registration or admission fee) for anyone to visit the exhibition spaces or to attend any lectures in the Auditorium.
According to current regulations, you must be 16 years of age or older to access the study, reading, reference and lending rooms (all located on the second floor of the Institute).
It is also necessary to register (this can be done in-house or remotely).
Register with the online form
A valid ID and health card will be required for registration on site.
Minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by their parent/guardian to enter the Library.
The health card will serve as a badge for access after registering (in-house or remotely).
Residents abroad without a health card will be given a temporary Library card.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the volume lending service.
For minors, it is necessary to complete, the guarantee document by the parent/guardian
Warning:
Users who intend to go to the study, reading, reference and lending rooms are required to deposit their bags, briefcases, backpacks, umbrellas and similar items in the lockers provided at the entrance.
