The distribution – loan room is open Monday and Friday from 9am to 4pm and from Tuesday to Thursday from 9 to 6.30pm for consultation of the borrowed volumes or of the not-for-loan books.
The last withdrawal for the loan from the book deposit is made at 3.45pm on Monday and Friday, and at 6.15pm from Tuesday to Thursday.
In this room you can:
- search the library’s online catalogue (there are 4 terminals)
- request the direct loan of bibliographic material (see loan)
- apply for interlibrary loan and document supply (see interlibrary loan – document delivery)
- read the not-for-loan books
- consult the sections CONS C (languages and literature) and CONS L (law) on the open shelf
- consult the current periodicals
- make photocopies or scans via the self-service copy machine (see reproductions)
Publications placed in stock must be requested using the appropriate form (mod. 18), available in the room.
You can request a maximum of 5 volumes at a time. The request can be repeated several times after returning the volumes already consulted.
