Document supply-document delivery-is carried out at the distribution-loan room; it is a paid service between libraries that:
- Provides another library with scans of documents held by the library
- Requests other libraries to provide scans of unowned documents.
The service is subject to limitations imposed by current copyright law (no more than 15 percent of pages in the volume may be exceeded).
The documents are provided for study and research purposes only .
Mode
*for users :
A user who wants to use the service must be registered with the Library.
The request for the service can be made:
- directly on site in the distribution room
- via email to be sent to bu-to.interbibliotecario@cultura.gov.it(DD form)
After the request, the user will receive an estimate regarding the cost of the requested service.
*for Libraries :
The provision of documents can be made:
- Through the ILL-SBN procedure (for Italian libraries participating in the procedure).
- via email to be sent to bu-to.interbibliotecario@cultura.gov.it
