The exhibition area, spanning approximately 260 square meters, underwent renovation in 2015 concurrently with the Vivaldi Auditorium, reflecting a commitment to enhancing the cultural offerings of the Library. Accessible from both the main entrance of the Library and the entrance of the Antonio Vivaldi Auditorium on Piazza Carlo Alberto 5, the exhibition area is designed to accommodate visitors of all abilities, with accessibility features such as elevators and ramps.
While there is no direct entrance from the outside, a dedicated driveway access on Via Battisti provides a secure and separate area for loading and unloading of exhibition materials. This area is equipped with video surveillance to ensure the safety of the works being transported.
The exhibition space is characterized by its modular setup, featuring modern showcases and display cases made of bulletproof glass. These displays are equipped with cold lighting to effectively illuminate the exhibited works while preserving their integrity. Over the years, the exhibition area has hosted a diverse array of exhibitions, showcasing various forms of art including books, photography, paintings, sculptures, and more, enriching the cultural landscape of the Library and the surrounding community.
