The hall is named after the Venetian composer whose autographs (more than 90 percent) the Library preserves the largest number of known in the world. The Auditorium, with a seating capacity of 172, hosts conferences, congresses, conventions, book presentations, training courses and concerts. These activities can be organized either by the Institute or by Third Party Entities or private individuals upon payment of a concession fee.
The hall, which was completely repurposed in the years 2013-15, preserves the brass lamps by artist Renzo G. Regosa made between 1974 and 1975.
Appendix to the Auditorium is the Vivaldi House, a cozy room where occasional exhibitions of Library materials are set up.
On this floor there are also toilets equipped for people with disabilities.
